Do you also have a routine breakfast or do you like to switch it up?

When I’m not having this, I usually make delish high-protein baked oats (and that recipe is pinned to my page) or a vegan English breakfast with potatoes, plant based sausage and baked beans 😋

Of course, I eat a wider variety for lunch, supper and snacks but I believe that my breakfast sets the tone for my energy levels throughout the day.

Updated wash day routine using the praying method.

I try to get as much moisture into my hair before I get to the styling process. That’s what gives me juicy curls. The @umbertogiannini thirsty curls shampoo is lovely!

I’m still on the hunt for a gel that works for my wash-and-go and is easy to find in SA 🥹

Homemade Flaxseed gel is my strongest contender but you know that means I can’t just decide to wash my hair. I would need to make a batch first.

Let me know which hair gel you’re using at the moment.
