To exchange or return a purchase, email your request to info@bewhole.co.za within 14 days of delivery.
Nonrefundable:
Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
An item must be in the same condition as you received it (including original packaging and product being undamaged and unused) in order to be exchanged.
To ensure that your intended item is not sold out during the exchange process, attach a description of your intended item to your request.
Returns
Please inspect your product once you’ve received it and email us at info@bewhole.co.za immediately if you:
- Received a damaged item
- Received the wrong order
- Are not satisfied with your order
Unfortunately, shipping is non-refundable. Once your request has been accepted, you will receive a return shipping label as well as for instructions on how will collect. We will then assess the product(s) to determine whether you are eligible for a refund.
Items returned due to a change of heart will be refunded with a gift receipt to the bewhole online store.
Approved refunds with be made for the cost of purchase, excluding shipping and/or any transactional fees. bewhole cannot be held liable for any additional transaction fees incurred by the buyer’s bank.
